What you receive

After a successful payment, you receive one downloadable copy of the Voice Agent QA Lab — Home Services Starter Edition, including the scenario data, offline viewer, quickstart guide, and license.

Acceptable use

You may use the pack for your own business, internal QA, client projects, and internal derivative test plans as described in the included license. Do not resell, repackage, publish, or distribute the paid pack as a competing dataset or download.

Digital delivery

Delivery is electronic. The purchase confirmation page provides the download after Stripe confirms payment. You are responsible for saving a copy for your own use.

Availability

We aim to keep the product and download service available, but no uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. The product is provided as practical test material and is not legal, safety, operational, or industry-specific compliance advice.
