Use the scenarios inside your QA workflow; keep the paid dataset private.
License grant
One purchaser or purchasing organization may use and adapt the pack to test its own agents and agents it builds or manages for clients, and share findings and reports with those clients. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or publication of the paid library or a substantially equivalent replacement is prohibited.
Ten free scenarios and free documentation
The following cases and their free documentation are available under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International: HVAC-001, HVAC-007, HVAC-011, Plumbing-004, Plumbing-015, Electrical-006, Electrical-014, Electrical-021, Roofing-006, Roofing-024. Commercial reuse and adaptations are permitted with attribution, a license link, and identification of changes. The other 90 scenarios remain under the paid license.

Restrictions
You may not sell, sublicense, publish, upload, or distribute the original paid files or a substantially similar replacement dataset. Do not use the paid files to create a public competing download.
Ownership
The product remains a licensed digital resource. Your own test results, notes, integrations, and derivative internal materials remain yours.
Warranty
The product is provided as-is. It is not a guarantee that an AI system is safe, compliant, accurate, or ready for production. Apply your own review standards, especially for emergency and safety-related calls.
