Before purchase
The free ten-case sample, screenshots, and product description are available so you can check the format and level of detail before paying.
When we can help
If the paid download is unavailable, corrupted, or materially different from the description, contact us using the method on your receipt within 14 days. We will first repair or replace the download; if that does not resolve the issue, we will issue a refund.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are returned through the original Stripe payment method. Because this is a digital download, a change of mind after successful delivery is generally not refundable, subject to applicable consumer law.
