Privacy policy

Voice Agent QA Lab is designed to sell downloadable test data without requiring an account. We do not ask you to submit call recordings, customer data, or evaluation results to use the product.

What we process

When you purchase, Stripe processes payment and checkout information under Stripe’s own privacy terms. Our checkout endpoint receives a session reference so it can confirm payment and provide the download. We do not store a customer database for this product.

The offline viewer stores pass/fail states and notes in your own browser’s local storage. Those results remain on the device and browser where you use the viewer unless you export or share them yourself.

Downloads and logs

The website retains tagged campaign source, medium, campaign, content, and landing path in session storage and attaches these fields to Stripe checkout metadata. A new tagged entry replaces prior attribution. Do not place private information in campaign links.

Optional website measurement

When enabled, our first-party event endpoint sends explicitly selected page, sample, and checkout events to PostHog using a random session identifier. Notes, transcripts, email addresses, full URLs, URL fragments, payment-session identifiers, and client IP addresses are excluded from that payload. Automatic capture, session recordings, geolocation, and person profiles are disabled. Measurement may be unavailable when disabled or blocked.

The downloadable offline viewer makes no network requests and has no telemetry. Website measurement does not apply to that viewer. Website hosting may still retain ordinary access logs independently of analytics.

Download requests may appear in ordinary hosting or security logs for a limited period. The paid ZIP is served only after a server-side Stripe payment check. We do not sell personal information or use the viewer to profile evaluators.
